- What is an upgraded product?
Any program product (with additional functionality) improved from the original product model that customer purchased. It also refers to any program product (or patch) from which defects have been removed * Additional cost may be charged depending on the Product. To apply for this service, please check "What's New" or other related information in advance.
- Information Delivery Service
Provides contract customers of this service with the latest information on the purchased products via the Web site. Such information includes usage recommendations, new product information, and so on. Customer will also receive information on topics such as seminars or trade shows held by Hitachi Solutions.
